San Francisco, CA – The NBA trade deadline has passed and the Golden State Warriors didn't make any moves. The only option they have left to improve their roster is by searching through the buyout market. After the Warriors' most recent defeat, Steve Kerr shared how he felt about the center position. He answered the notion of whether or not there is one player in the buyout market they needed to win big.

“That player is not out there, for sure,” Kerr told ClutchPoints. “Our issues go way beyond just not having enough size. When we are getting beat at the point of attack over and over again, that has nothing to do with our center position.”

All season Kevon Looney has been the team's biggest player and he's only 6 foot 9. It's easy to say size is the problem here but most of the year with Looney being the Dubs' tallest player they've led the NBA in rebounds.

“Right now, the way we are playing, is back-cuts, transition, and its point-of-attack stuff and all those things expose the lack of size at the rim,” Kerr continued. “But for most of the season, you had the exact same personnel. Even the first 10-12 games without Draymond (Green), our defense held up really well. I just see slippage more than anything.”

The Warriors have lost four of their last five games. As of right now, they don't appear to be looking for any new talent. The plan is to get healthy and trust what they have already. Getting Draymond Green and adding a healthy James Wiseman could be all the Warriors need.
