The Golden State Warriors will throw the whole bag to their star players Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson, despite the two having sustained major injuries that could put their 2019-20 season in question.
ESPN's Brian Windhorst told First Take that Warriors ownership will indeed give these two stars a five-year deal in the offseason.

Those two decisions would put their payroll next year, including luxury taxes, at over $350 million and they're going to be able to pay for it because they're gonna move — sadly for Oakland — but across the Bay to a cash-cow arena, which is gonna increase their team revenue by enough to pay for it. “

The Warriors are determined not to give up on this team's core, and while Thompson would be a priority if they had to choose between him and Durant, offering KD a five-year deal would be one more year than any other of the 29 teams in the league could offer him, along with more money, evidently.
Golden State will burst beyond what any other team is paying their players, but their five-year success has allowed for them to make the move to the $1 billion Chase Center, a state of the art arena that will drive up prices and allow for the Warriors to keep a star-studded core, should they convince both players to stay.
