Golden State Warriors superstar small forward Kevin Durant FaceTimed general manager Bob Myers with 30 seconds left in the Dubs' Game 6 win over the Houston Rockets to congratulate the team on moving on to the Western Conference Finals, according to Ethan Strauss of The Athletic.

Durant wasn't with the team, as he's recovering from the right calf strain he suffered in Game 5. The Warriors will be playing in their fifth-straight Western Conference Finals and are hoping Durant can return from his injury during the series.

The entire Warriors organization was in a frenzy, hugs and high-fives all around. Durant had gotten in on the action, FaceTiming Bob Myers his congratulations with 30 seconds remaining in the game.

Durant becomes an unrestricted free agent this summer once he declines his 2019-20 player option with the Warriors. All season long, we have heard rumor after rumor stating that Durant is going to leave the Dubs and sign with the New York Knicks.

That's why this tidbit of Durant FaceTiming Myers is noteworthy. If KD wasn't invested in the Warriors, he probably wouldn't have reached out to Myers. There are some people in Golden State who believe Durant will re-sign with the Dubs. After all, how could Durant want to leave this team after watching them defeat the Rockets on the road without him?
