Golden State Warriors All-Star shooting guard Klay Thompson won't have a firm minutes restriction for Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Friday against the Toronto Raptors.
Thompson missed Game 3 due to a left hamstring strain. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr says Thompson's minutes will be determined by how he's feeling and how the game is going.

It's impossible that Thompson will be 100 percent in Game 4, but he's as tough as they come. The Warriors need to win Game 4 to avoid going down 3-1 in the best of seven series. Even having a 75 percent Klay Thompson is good enough for the Dubs, who struggled on both ends of the court in the Game 3 loss sans Klay.
With Thompson back in the mix, the Warriors' floor spacing and ball movement will be better. Golden State superstar point guard Stephen Curry erupted for 47 points in Game 3 and the Warriors still lost after giving up 123 points in the contest.
You can count on Thompson to give the Warriors at least 20 points in Game 4 since he's a sniper from beyond the arc. The adrenaline and intensity of the showdown should also allow Klay to ignore whatever pain he is feeling and just play ball to help the Dubs win.
