Injured Golden State Warriors superstar Klay Thompson cheered his team on against the returning Kevin Durant and Brooklyn Nets at Chase Center on Saturday. Judging by the 3-time NBA champion's body language as he watched from the sidelines, it's pretty evident that he badly wants to be out there with his teammates, as they were getting blown out by the visitors.

Klay Thompson's presence alone at Chase Center has been a welcome sight for Dubs nation. The 5-time All-Star has even worked as a courtside reporter and in-game announcer for the Warriors, as he continues his recovery from an Achilles injury he suffered in the offseason.

The 31-year-old sharpshooter was expected to return to the floor for the 2020-21 campaign after tearing his ACL in the 2019 Finals. He was supposed to reunite with his fellow Splash Brother Stephen Curry, who is also coming off an injury of his own.

He tried his best to cheer for Golden State, in hopes it could lead to a comeback against the powerhouse Nets. But much like their first encounter in the season opener, the Warriors were once again outplayed by Durant and company. It's killing both Klay and Warriors fans everywhere that he can't be with his brothers on the court right now, but his continued support definitely means the world to them.
