The Golden State Warriors lost another winnable game on Thursday night, falling 122-113 to Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks.
Out of their last nine appearances, the Warriors have only taken home the win twice. A team that was once dominating the regular season is now unrecognizable. The absence of Draymond Green is a large part of the problem, but they have to figure out how to withstand that issue quickly.
Curry believes rookie Moses Moody has some things that Golden State desperately needs to be successful.
“He’s just gritty. Plays hard every possession,” Curry told ClutchPoints. “Got the level of competitiveness and energy that we need… He seems very confident in who he is and he’s trying to get better every game, every opportunity he gets, and you just love the way he approaches it.”
Article Continues BelowFor the first time this season, the Warriors are in jeopardy of falling below second place in the Western Conference standings. Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies are only a half-game behind the Dubs, and have one of the easiest remaining schedules in the NBA.

Golden State is exploring all possible options to finish the season the right way. Steve Kerr said he plans on giving Moody some real chances down the stretch, and he could end up part of the postseason rotation.
Soon the Warriors should get Green, Andre Iguodala and James Wiseman back. This would be the first time this season we've seen everyone on the roster available at the same time, giving Golden State the reinforcements it needs to make the best rotation choices come playoff time.
