The Golden State Warriors can certainly be classified as the New England Patriots of the NBA. With the Patriots winning yet another Super Bowl title on Sunday evening in Atlanta, who better in the NBA to comment on such a victory than the Warriors and the team's head coach, Steve Kerr?
When asked about the heralded Patriots on Monday afternoon, Steve Kerr took a hilarious “jab” at the NFL powerhouse while simultaneously patting himself — and, of course, his team — on the back.

The Patriots have notably won two of the last three (and three of the last five) Super Bowls after securing the franchise's sixth title overall against the Los Angeles Rams. The Patriots have reached a whopping nine Super Bowls under the direction of quarterback Tom Brady and head coach Bill Belichick, with the franchise's dominance spanning just about two decades.
On the other hand, the Warriors have done the same — in their short-term, though. Winning the last two NBA titles, the Warriors have won three of the last four, with former Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant infamously hopping on board for the latest tandem of titles.
With Kerr leading the way, it is entirely possible that the Warriors string together an even longer run, similar to that of the Patriots.
