San Francisco, CA- The NBA trade deadline was at noon pst on Thursday. The Golden State Warriors didn't make any moves, but it was still a stressful time for the crew. Now that it's over Stephen Curry and his bunch can relax and get back to their quest to win another championship.

Before Thursday's game, Steve Kerr explained to the media how difficult this time of the year can be.

“It’s one of the hardest parts of being in the NBA when guys are released or traded. People you grow very close with. There is a sense of relief, I think, today. We love everybody this year and we think we have a great group and we are all very excited that we can now just move forward.”

The Warriors have the second-best record in the NBA. Every team in the NBA tried to make moves to get better, but for the Warriors, it wasn't anything that made sense on the market.

When you look at the long-term benefits, this is the best choice. The Warriors still have their third All-Star Draymond Green, and James Wiseman coming back later this season.

The fact they stayed put means they trust these two will come back and make a huge impact. The same group that started the season will finish together, and they're happy about that.
