The Golden State Warriors are once again in a position to advance to the NBA Finals. Something that has become second nature for the heralded Western Conference franchise, head coach Steve Kerr is now looking to use his entire roster in order to advance to the team's fifth consecutive NBA Finals.
Kerr notably utilized 11 different players as a result of his team's Game 6 win on the road against the Houston Rockets. Apparently, Warriors fans can expect something similar to open the Western Conference Finals against the surging Portland Trail Blazers.
Game 1 of the upcoming series is scheduled for Tuesday evening at Oracle Arena in Oakland, California.

Steve Kerr: "Our bench will play a big role." He trotted out 11 guys in Game 6 in Houston. Expect something similar to open this series.

Of course, the most prevalent storyline associated with this much-talked-about series is the matchup between Warriors point guard Stephen Curry and Trail Blazers guard Seth Curry, who are obviously brothers. One thing is for sure, though, the Curry family will be able to watch their son's matchup for at least four games while being guaranteed that at least one of them will advance to the 2018-19 NBA Finals. However, perhaps it is time to give Seth a turn as Curry and the Warriors have won three of the last four NBA titles and the last four Western Conference Championships.
On the other end of the spectrum, the Warriors and Trail Blazers will be fighting for the right to take on the winner of the Eastern Conference Finals, a series that will feature the Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors. This series will begin at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on Wednesday evening.
