For Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, his team has the best defender in the NBA in Draymond Green.
As reported by Mark Medina of The Mercury News, Kerr was asked how they intend to contain Giannis Antetokounmpo when they face the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday without Green. The brash forward sprained his right toe and foot in their win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday.
Though Green won't be out for a long time, Kerr admitted the Warriors won't be as good without Green, being that he's the best defender in the league:

“We’re never as good without Draymond,” Kerr said. “He’s a phenomenal defensive player — the best one in the league in my book. One of the best I’ve ever seen and the guy who has to do what modern day power forwards do, which is cover the entire floor, rebound and stay in front of guards. Nobody is better at that than Draymond.”
One doesn't have to look at the stat sheets to see Green's impact. He's the type of player whose contributions don't always necessarily appear by way of numbers. One really needs to watch Green and how he plays to realize he's the one who often keeps the engine running for the Warriors. And Kerr's words of praise are a legitimate testament to this fact.
