Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr plans to have a conversation with the league officials about possibly rescinding the technical foul issued to Draymond Green during Game 2 of their Western Conference semi-finals series against the Houston Rockets.

Green, as well as Rockets center Nene, got tangled up after a James Harden free throw late in the third quarter. It looked like they were going to have a heated confrontation before the referees intervened and gave a technical on both players.

Green just walked away and smiled after receiving his fourth technical in the playoffs. He's three T's away from getting an automatic one-game suspension.

After the game, the two-time All-Star told reporters that he believes that Game 2 was well officiated.

“I don't really get off on techs anymore. It is what it is. We'll see what happens. I think tonight was a great officiated game. They let us be physical, both teams, and they made the calls they needed to make. It was kind of disheartening for the game that I love to see the talk over the last two days was nothing about basketball and everything about foul calls. Like, is that what this game is coming to? That the talk is going to be about foul calls? I love the game of basketball, so it was fun out there tonight. They let us be physical, they let us play the game of basketball, which I enjoy and I ain't really worried about a technical foul. It is what it is.”

The league will definitely look at what happened and listen to what Kerr has to say on this matter.

The Warriors won the game and will now head to Houston with a commanding 2-0 series lead.
