Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr might not be all that worried about the Warriors' recent struggles as a whole, but that does not mean he is happy with some of the habits they are picking up.
One such habit is complaining to the referees when things don't go their way, and Kerr made sure to point that out:
“We need to stop looking at the officials,” said Kerr, according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic. “We’re complaining too much to the referees, spending too much energy arguing with the refs.”
The Warriors are coming off of a miserable home loss to the Phoenix Suns on Sunday night and have gone just 4-6 over their last 10 games, losing three contests at home during that span. That includes a 33-point blowout loss to the Boston Celtics last week.

Still, Golden State owns a record of 45-21 and sits in first place in the Western Conference standings, so this recent bout of malaise probably has more to do with boredom than anything else.
Remember: before this month-long stretch of mediocrity, the Warriors went on a run where they reeled off 16 wins in 17 games, so the Dubs have shown that when they really want to turn on the jets, they can.
Golden State will now embark on a four-game road trip, beginning with a matchup against the Houston Rockets on Wednesday evening. The Warriors have lost all three of their previous meetings to the Rockets this season.
In reality, the Warriors surely just want the playoffs to get here already.
