Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr says that Klay Thompson's eagerness to find his rhythm might be the reason for his bad shooting night in Game 4.

During a media scrum, Kerr shared that Thompson rushed a couple of shots in Game 4. As a solution, the 53-year-old coach and his staff will show Thompson and the rest of the team some clips to review and analyze. According to Kerr, his players had too much haste in their play rather than letting the proper mechanics of shooting work its magic.

Thompson, while tagged as one of the best shooters today, has had his fair share of struggles in the regular season. Though he has historically ended such struggles by way of a big game, the Warriors cannot afford to wait any longer this time around.

In the event that Thompson puts up bricks in Game 5, then the Warriors will likely go down 3-2 — a position not a single team wants to be in, not even the back-to-back champions.

For the series, Klay is shooting at a horrendous clip by anyone's standards: 38.4 percent from the field and 30.8 percent from behind the 3-point line. His best game came in Game 2 where he scored 21 points (his only 20-point game) where he shot 44.4 percent from the field.

The only hope for Warriors fans is that Kerr's methods will work once again. The momentum is on the Rockets' side and they're relying on Thompson to help douse the fire.
