Draymond Green connected with Golden State Warriors teammate Kevin Durant to beat the first-half buzzer.

With only two seconds left and the Dubs inbounding the ball, Green made a perfect full-court pass to Durant. KD, who effectively sealed his man, fumbled with the pass but had the presence of mind to toss it up just before the clock expired.

Durant finished with 28 points of 12-of-13 shooting — the best shooting night of his career. He also snagged nine rebounds, dished out five assists, and had two steals. Stephen Curry had 28 points including six 3-pointers in 12 attempts, as well as 10 boards and seven dimes. Their performance was enough to oust the Memphis Grizzlies, 118-103.

The win brings the Warriors' record to 51-23 for solo first place in the Western Conference. Right behind them is the Denver Nuggets who have a 50-23 record. It will be a close finish in the West to see who'll get home-court advantage in the playoffs.

At the beginning of the season, fans and analysts have noticed that the Warriors weren't as lethal as they were last year and a few seasons ago. They lost to weaker teams and several issues within the team arose. But as they head into the playoffs, it seems that they've ironed out all the rough patches. Slowly and surely, the Dubs are back to championship form.
