Superstar Kawhi Leonard broke the internet last year with his incredibly robotic awkward laugh. Now his Toronto Raptors are up 3-1 against the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals.
During a press conference, Golden State star Klay Thompson was asked a question about the upcoming game and responded with a laugh of his own.

It's unclear if this was a 100 percent genuine laugh from Klay Thompson, or if he was just mocking Kawhi Leonard's famous chuckle.
Whatever the case may be, it's obvious that the Warriors won't go down without a fight. They'll be attempting to claw their way back into the NBA Finals series, and Thompson will be swinging for the fences with the laugh. Even if neither attempts end in a win, they're giving their best effort.
If we're breaking down the laughs, Leonard seemed more confident in his. It was a true laugh from the gut.
Thompson, on the other hand, had a more sarcastic tone. That's why it's hard to tell if it was a genuine laugh or not. He seemed to be doing an almost fake, short laugh. The fact that the crowd laughs a little bit too makes this a tougher one to call. Possibly they know that he was making a joke — or at least they thought he was.
If that's the case, than this likely was a mocking (in good nature) laugh.
However, if this was a true laugh. it's more frightening than Leonard's. Kawhi is famous for showing almost no emotions. Somehow though, Klay showed a lot less emotion with this laugh than Leonard did months ago.
In the end, we can all agree that both were awkward enough to get their moment in the sun.
