Justise Winslow has been a do it all guy for the Miami Heat this season, the problem is he hasn't done any of his jobs very well at all. The Heat have dealt with a lot of injuries this year, and it seems they have stuck Winslow at whatever position they need him to play that game.
Winslow has been the starting small forward this year, along with a starting power forward, and even has played backup point guard from time to time.
With all the changes he has had a hard time find his groove this season, and it has shown with the stats. He is only averaging 6.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.
In his last game against the Grizzlies, he got into a rhythm though putting up 17 points and seven rebounds in 29 minutes. After the game, he caught up with Ira Winderman of the Sun Sentinel to talk about.
He talked about how hard it has been to find that rhythm that he is looking for this year.
“It's been a lot. It's been hard to find a rhythm, especially being in so many different units, different rotations, different positions, But I'm versatile and sometimes I feel like that can be to a fault, because you're just kind of plugged into different spots.

“But for me it's just about going out there and doing whatever the team asks me to do, whether it's being a power forward, being a backup point guard. And so my head was a little scrambled at times this year. But I'm just trying to lock in and focus on any way to help this team get to the playoffs.”
If the Heat could find a way to keep their players healthy, Winslow could probably get settled into a role, but with as many injuries as the Heat has suffered this year, that doesn't look like it will be the case, so for now, he will continue to be the jack of all trades.
On the season, Winslow is putting up 6.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.0 assists on 23.2 minutes of action per contest. He had 17 points during Saturday's 115-89 win at home against the Memphis Grizzlies.
