The Indiana Pacers have been one of the more active teams in the league this offseason with several notable roster moves.
According to Shams Charania of The Vertical, the Pacers have decided to part ways with veteran big man Kevin Seraphin.

Seraphin was set to enter the second year of his two-year, $3.6 million deal with the Pacers that would have paid him $1.9 million. He is now set to become an unrestricted free agent making him readily available on the open market.

The 27-year-old had spent last season with Indiana where he averaged 4.7 points on 55.1 percent shooting from the field with 2.9 rebounds in 11.4 minutes per contest in 49 games played with three starts.
In his first seven years in the NBA, Seraphin played with the Washington Wizards and New York Knicks where he holds career averages of 5.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 0.7 blocks in 15.4 minutes per game. Despite being let go by the Pacers, Seraphin should be quickly scooped up by another team in need of more depth in the frontcourt that could be had on a reasonable short-term deal.
Meanwhile, Indiana will likely give a bulk of those minutes to second-year forward Domantas Sabonis, who was acquired as part of the trade that sent All-Star forward Paul George to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
