The ongoing search for the Facebook killer in Cleveland has forced the Indiana Pacers to stay put inside their team hotel on Sunday night.
Head coach Nate McMillan confirmed the development, via Michael Singer of USA Today Sports, that they were instructed not to leave the hotel for safety reasons, and that some of their team members, including relatives, who went out were sent security to them to make sure nobody gets harmed.

“Security was on top of that. He sent out the message to stay put. We got security at the hotel to make sure that guys were safe. There might have been a few people that were out, including family members that we made sure we got security to them. Our guy was right on top of that, everybody came out okay, which was the main thing.”
Police chief Calvin Williams addressed the media on Monday morning to inform everyone in the city that Quicken Loans Arena will be secured in order for all the fans to come in to the venue safe.
“We have all the security parameters in place for the Cavs game that we normally do and things above that. Everybody will be safe coming to the Cavs game tonight.”
Game 2 of the first round series between the Pacers and Cleveland Cavaliers is scheduled on Monday night, where the home team will look to have a commanding 2-o lead, following their 109-108 victory on Saturday.
