All of this came from a player the Pacers acquired for cash considerations.
On his way to his 53-piece, TJ Warren shot 20-of-29 from the field. He also made 9-of-12 from beyond the arc, marking his first game to convert at least seven 3-pointers in a game.
Warren is having a terrific first season with Indiana. Prior to the hiatus, Warren averaged 18.7 points and 4.0 rebounds while shooting a career-best 52.9 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from three.
The Pacers spoiled a likewise outstanding performance from Sixers star center Joel Embiid. The 3-time All-Star recorded 41 points, 21 rebounds, and three blocks in the loss.
With the victory, Indiana moves into the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference.
