The Utah Jazz have listed center Rudy Gobert as available to play tonight against the Washington Wizards, according to Eric Woodyard of The Deseret News.

Head coach Quin Snyder reiterated that Gobert will have a minutes restriction after having missed action for several weeks, despite having healed crisply form his injury.

“We wanna honor those (restrictions) because they're well thought out,” said Snyder after confirming his impending return.

The Stifle Tower missed three weeks with a right tibia contusion, though Utah went 7-4 in his absence with the help of Derrick Favors stepping in during his absence. His 13.9 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game are a missed asset at both ends for this team.

The Jazz have also been pleasantly surprised by swingman Alec Burks, who had back-to-back 20-plus-point outings in the midst of a Rodney Hood absence in the past couple of games.

The Jazz have done more than just keeping the ship afloat during Gobert's absence, but positioned themselves seventh in the West, cracking the last two playoff spots alongside the New Orleans Pelicans in a very competitive conference.

Upon Hood's return, the Jazz might just have a semi-healthy roster and work toward the final product, hopeful to be able to keep themselves in the race for the postseason.
