LeBron James continues to enjoy his offseason. After agreeing to a deal with Magic Johnson and the Los Angeles Lakers, James was off on a family vacation. TMZ spotted James in Italy aboard a yacht, which is further proof that James is living his best life.

James is joining a young Lakers squad that should be able to compete in the Western Conference. Well, they should be able to compete with everyone not named the Golden State Warriors.

The Lakers are still exploring possible options to acquire another superstar to pair alongside LeBron James. Kawhi Leonard still remains a possibility, but LeBron clearly isn't worrying too much about that right now.

James' vacation time has been cut short during the past eight years of his career. He advanced to eight straight NBA Finals that routinely last until mid-June.

At the very least, James is spending what little vacation time he has right. After signing a four-year $153 million contract, he can afford the luxurious side of life. Cruising in a yacht in Italy sounds a lot more fun than getting swept by the Warriors in the NBA Finals.

In fact, it sounds a lot better than getting swept by the Warriors in the Western Conference Finals—or even worse, an earlier round of the playoffs.

LeBron isn't used to bowing out of the playoffs before the calendar flips to June, but he may have to get used to it in the loaded Western Conference. But then again, sitting on a yacht in the Mediterranean doesn't sound so bad.
