The Los Angeles Lakers have just revealed their new classic throwback Nike uniforms inspired by their original team from Minneapolis, in the colors they represented.
Rookie phenom Lonzo Ball and the Lakers will step on the court Oct. 25 against the Washington Wizards wearing the classic Minneapolis Lakers uniform, somewhat familiar to longtime fans, but still new for this season.
The uniform has its vintage MPLS text across the chest in gold along with the player's number, set on a nice sky-blue-colored jersey which was originally worn in the era of Lakers legend George Mikan.
One difference now in design besides the materials used to make the uniforms are the included Nike swoosh and Wish ad patch, which weren't apart of the original classic uniform.
