The L.A. Clippers continue to be in limbo about whether or not DeAndre Jordan will rejoin the team anytime soon.
After missing his first game the other night with an ankle injury, the Clippers star center is still being listed as questionable for the team's next contest Monday against the Houston Rockets.

Jordan has been the healthiest of the Clippers. While about 30 percent of the roster has been injured and has missed significant time throughout the season, Jordan has been a fixture of consistency who has avoided even the slightest ailment that could keep him out.

But then he tweaked his ankle, putting an end to that rather quickly. With Jordan out, the Clippers now have to deal with yet another of their main rotation players being unavailable to play.
But the Clippers, no matter how hurt they have been, have somehow seemed to be galvanized by the “next man up” mentality, and are currently staying afloat in the Western Conference. Their last game was a win, putting them at a .500 record for the first time since November.
Jordan's injury does not seem serious, but he is still missing games because of it. The Clippers will need him badly, as he is their best rebounder, shot blocker, and roller to the rim off screen-roll actions.
It seems rather dramatic to type, but the entire season for the Clippers hangs in the balance of whether or not the team can stay healthy long enough to make a playoff push. Jordan is out now, and hopefully not for long. But if he misses more games, the Clippers are in serious trouble.
