Veteran small forward Marcus Morris says the Los Angeles Clippers are without a doubt the best team he's played on in his NBA career.
The Clippers have two superstars in Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, along with two Sixth Man of the Year candidates in Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell.
Throw in Marcus Morris with Patrick Beverley and fellow newcomer Reggie Jackson, and it's easy to see why so many people have the Clippers coming out of the Western Conference this season:
Marcus Morris on a team he's played on that's more talented – "Two superstars…Sixth Man of the Year… Nah, probably not. This is definitely a squad. Like I said earlier, it’s good because it raises the level of my play and I’m excited to see how far we can take it."#Clippers pic.twitter.com/IdktFKsd5h

The Clippers are 38-19 on the season. They are in third place in the West, trailing only the Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets.

Morris has appeared in five games with the Clippers since his trade from the New York Knicks. He's averaging 10.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 31.0 minutes per contest while shooting 42.3 percent from the field, 30.4 percent from beyond the arc and 50.0 percent from the free-throw line.
It's going to take time for Morris and Jackson to get comfortable with their new teammates. The Clippers are just hoping the two newcomers will have the playbook down by the time the playoffs start.
Morris, who put up 19.6 points per game with the Knicks, is not the only Morris in LA now. His brother Markieff signed with the Lakers.
Basketball fans in LA were already hoping to see the Clippers and Lakers meet in the Western Conference Finals. Now that the Morris brothers are on separate teams in the same city, the buzz is even louder in the City of Angels.
