Sometimes NBA players get tired of getting beat up on the defensive side. They often lash out and may foul a player pretty harshly. But in this instance, Los Angeles Clippers center Boban Marjanovic took his offense to new heights:

Marjanovic full on jack-slapped Dallas Mavericks center Salah Mejri in the face. This behavior, though hilarious to some, is dangerous. The officials ended up handing Marjanovic a Flagrant 1 for his unnecessary foul on Mejri.

The Clippers ended up winning the tightly contested affair by a score of 125-121. Mavs rookie sensation Luka Doncic hit his signature step-back 3-pointer to bring it within two with seconds to go, but LA sealed the game at the line.

Danillo Gallinari had a game-high 32 points on 11-of-16 shooting, grabbing six rebounds and dishing out four assists, while Lou Williams had 26 points and eight assists on the game. Tobias Harris scored 16 points with nine rebounds and five assists.

Boban played just seven minutes and tallied four points and one rebound.

For the Mavs, it was the two-man show of Doncic and DeAndre Jordan. Doncic had 32 points on 10-of-20 shooting, contributing four rebounds, five assists, and four steals as well. Jordan was a a force to be reckoned with inside. He scored a mediocre 11 points but grabbed a ridiculous 22 rebounds while also dishing out four assists.

Mejri had five points and four fouls in nine minutes.

The Clippers are 18-11 on the season and currently sit in sixth in the NBA's Western Conference under head coach Doc Rivers.

The Clippers will next face off against the the Denver Nuggets this Saturday at home.
