Paul George showed no mercy to his former team, as he led the Los Angeles Clippers to a come-from-behind win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

With less than 30 seconds remaining in the clock and the Thunder leading 88-86, PG put matters into his own hands. After Lou Williams took the inbound pass, PG quickly positioned himself from deep — against OKC defenders that is — and quickly pulled up for the lead.

The LA-based team went on to win the game, 90-88, with George finishing with 18 points, seven boards and four assists.

George has been ballin’ since returning from two shoulder surgeries in the offseason, scoring a combined 70 markers in his first two games for the team.

Montrezl Harrell top-scored for the Clippers with 28 points on top of 12 rebounds and five assists. Ivica Zubac also had a double-double with 12 points and 10 boards to help the team improve to 9-5.

On the other hand, OKC dropped to 5-8 on the season. Chris Paul had a big performance against his former team, but he was the only player to reach the 20-point mark for the Thunder.

Danilo Gallinari and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander combined for only 25 points in their return to Staples Center since being traded in the offseason for George.
