Los Angeles Lakers superstar Anthony Davis had a poor showing against the Miami Heat in Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Sunday. One of his teammates even left AD hanging on a low-five attempt from the Lakers big man, which brought to mind former Laker Josh Hart, who was included in the Davis trade.
Here's the clip of an ignored Davis as his teammate left him completely hanging:

What makes this moment so hilarious is how Davis left his hand out there for a few more seconds, as if to emphasize how he was completely ignored by his teammate. Poor AD. Clearly, though, the missed low-five attempt was unintentional. Davis may have been somewhat invisible for the Lakers in their Game 3 defeat, but nobody deserves to be left hanging like that.
Why the Josh Hart reference, might you ask? Well in case you didn't know, Hart is the king when it comes to being left hanging. We have the evidence to prove this:

Hart's unique ability to be left hanging on multiple occasions is not something new. As a matter of fact, this dates back to his days with the Los Angeles Lakers:

josh hart gets left hanging on high fives more than any player i have ever seen lmao pic.twitter.com/ZZNYGy0rKF

Hart has been on the receiving end of non-high fives so often that he has conjured up a great way to save himself from the humiliation. He has made the self-five look so cool, and I don't think many can dispute that he should be dubbed as the league's self-five GOAT at this point.
