When the Los Angeles Lakers hired Darvin Ham as the team's new head coach, one of the biggest questions on people's minds was how this move would ultimately affect LeBron James. Ham spoke to the press on Monday and based on his comments, it is clear that he already has a plan in place in terms of being able to maximize The King's value this coming season.

We're not entirely sure if Ham's objective will entail more nights off for LeBron or perhaps even reduced minutes, particularly during the regular season. After missing the playoffs this season, LA will be hoping for an extended run next term and it goes without saying that James' health down the stretch will be integral to this team's success in 2022-23.
