Kyle Kuzma couldn't hide his amusement and amazement on Lebron James' promise that he'll never miss the playoffs again after the Los Angeles Lakers' 2021-22 disaster.
Kuzma took to Twitter to react to James' statement, noting how incredible LeBron's longevity. Add it to the fact that he has been a playoff staple for the huge part of his career and it's just “insane.”

Insane is definitely one word to put it. LeBron James is a proven winner and as Kyle Kuzma suggested, the fact that he continues to hold himself to the highest of standards makes it even more remarkable.
Article Continues BelowLeBron clearly wants to keep competing for the title, and by the looks of it, he won't be stopping any time soon.
Of course LeBron has a bigger fish to fry first before he thinks about the playoffs next season and beyond. The Lakers are a mess right now with their future not looking so bright. They have to make a decision on Russell Westbrook after what could only be said as a failed experiment, and they have to do several roster moves to get them younger and more athletic in hopes of bouncing back next season.
It is more likely for James to see some new faces on the Lakers come the 2022-23 season, and that means putting on the work to adjust again. Not to mention that they are in search of a new coach after firing Frank Vogel this offseason.
Surely, LeBron needs to take it one step at a time.
