One of the biggest mysteries this season has presented is how LeBron James still remains to be one of the best players on the planet in Year 17. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar was recently asked about his secret, and unsurprisingly, James was mum about his conditioning techniques inside the bubble.

According to James, he'd prefer to keep his methods to himself:

“I'm not going to tell you exactly what I do because I would be giving my opponents a lot of my ingredients,” via Liam Blackburn of Sporting News.

“But let's just say my wife is not enjoying what I do on a day-to-day basis inside the bubble getting ready for a game. Let's just say that. I spent a lot of time, a lot of time on my body.”

The only thing we can take away from LeBron James' cryptic statement is that he's putting in the work to keep his body in tip-top condition. So much so, that his wife Savannah is probably feeling a bit left out.

The players were allowed to bring in a limited number of family members inside the bubble after the first round of the playoffs, and James decided to invite his wife to the Disney World Campus. However, based on his own admission, his wife probably feels that he should be spending more time with her. Then again, we're sure Savannah understands. After all, it's been nearly two decades that her husband has been going on this routine, and even more so now that his aging body requires more effort to stay in shape.
