Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James was his usual unstoppable self in Game 2 against the Phoenix Suns, but he found a surprising NBA nemesis on the clutch in second-year man Cam Johnson.
In the closing seconds of the third quarter, LeBron showed off his unguardable fadeaway to bring the Lakers' lead back to double digits. However, to the disappointment of LA fans watching at home, Johnson responded with a crucial triple to cut the advantage to seven heading to the final period.
Here's a look at the wild sequence that pretty much encapsulates the gritty and never-say-die nature of the game:

The Lakers led by as much as 15 points early in the contest, but the Suns wouldn't just give up. Even with Chris Paul nursing a shoulder injury, the team continued to fight back and just didn't give up despite being at a disadvantage.
As for the Lakers, it was clear they entered the contest hungry to bounce back after an abysmal showing in Game 1. Despite expectations that they can easily handle the Suns, it hasn't been the case for the Purple and Gold at all.
With the way the series has been played so far, it is safe for Lakers and Suns fans to expect more clutch moments in the next few games.
