Los Angeles Lakes guard Lonzo Ball took yet another L, but this didn't come from the Philadelphia 76ers or the Atlanta Hawks, but rather on the freestyle floor, losing a rap battle to T-Pain in the popular TNT show Drop The Mic.
The Lakers point guard escaped the trade deadline without finding himself in The Big Easy after failed efforts to acquire Anthony Davis, but he would not escape the cruel punch lines from T-Pain.
The Tallahassee-based artist was merciless against the former No. 2 overall selection, hitting him where it hurts the most.
“You talked about my looks, man. C'mon Lonzo please, you look like Drake if he had a blood disease.
I'm mad that your dad put you the way that he did, he's like Joe Jackson but with untalented kids.
And I was looking at your jersey, talk about it real quick, do you wear No. 2 because you play like s**t?
You'll be a Laker legend long after you're gone. Oh wait, actually, I was talking about LeBron.”
T-Pain wouldn't stop there, killing him with the line that made so many commercials played through breaks on TNT.
