Los Angeles Lakers star Lonzo Ball brother will be going back to high school for his senior season. LaMelo Ball will be playing his high school basketball at Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio. He is expected to make his debut November 13. However, he won't be the most interesting prospect on the team.
His new teammate, Robert Bobroczky is 7-foot-7 from Romania. According to a story by Uproxx, Bobroczky was discovered by Spire's director Bobby Bossman on YouTube in 2014.
He was discovered by Spire’s director Bobby Bossman on YouTube in 2014 while the 13-year-old Bobroczky played for a basketball club in Italy, and the two spoke for more than a two years before Bobroczky made the decision to come to the U.S. and join Spire.
Spire also put him on a 5,000 calorie a day training so he can gain weight.
In the story on Bobroczky from Roman Stubbs of the Post, when he arrived at Spire, they began putting him on a 5,000 calorie a day diet in an effort to help him gain weight. While he can’t do much weight lifting, they have had to tailor exercises to his frame with resistance bands and other alternatives to traditional weights.
With his height being the number one thing people will notice about LaMelo's new teammate, it will also be the nice shooting touch he has. As a 7-foot-7 guy, this is a pretty nice looking shooting stroke to have.

Not only will the eyes be on LaMelo Ball this season for Spire Institue, they will also be on Robert Bobroczky.
Bobroczky will be a nice weapon to have for Ball and Spire. It seems like based on this video, Bobroczky can shoot it from anywhere on the floor. We are all in awe over what Kevin Durant do a seven-foot scorer, but with Bobroczky being close to eight-feet tall, we will be in more awe.
With the hype now surrounding this team, it will be interesting to see how LaMelo, Bobroczky and the rest of their teammates will develop chemistry quickly to be a championship team.
