Los Angeles Lakers head coach Luke Walton says there's not a full minutes restriction on superstar small forward LeBron James.
The Lakers aren't going to make the playoffs this season and James is 34 years old and has played in eight straight NBA Finals.
Reports came out last week stating Los Angeles was going to cut back LeBron's minutes moving forward, but it appears there isn't a specific limit for The King.
Luke Walton on LeBron James' minutes moving forward: "We're keeping an eye on minutes as far as what we're going to play him, but there's not a full restriction. If it's something we feel like we're rolling with then we'll play him more minutes than not." #Lakers

Against the Boston Celtics on Saturday, LeBron James played 27 minutes. He recorded a triple-double with 30 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists.
The Lakers, though, lost to Boston by a final score of 120-107. Los Angeles is 30-36 on the season.
Ever since LeBron suffered his groin injury on Christmas against the Golden State Warriors, the Lakers' season has been a disaster. LA fell out of the playoff picture and the failed trade for New Orleans Pelicans star big man Anthony Davis divided the locker room.
James signed a four-year deal with the Purple and Gold. The smart thing would be to manage LeBron's minutes for the rest of the season so he doesn't re-aggravate his left groin. This is going to be the first summer in a long time LeBron won't be playing basketball, and it could be a blessing in disguise.
