With LeBron James joining the Los Angeles Lakers this season, the Hollywood lights just got brighter. The NBA and its television partners are well aware of this as they have put the Lakers in a generous amount of nationally-televised games. The official Twitter account of the Lakers released a short video of the team's six most important games in the 2018-19 season. And they got totally creative in showing a preview of their March 9 game against the Boston Celtics.

The Celtics-Lakers matchup is, without question, the most storied rivalry in league history. They have faced each other twelve times in the NBA Finals already, with the 2010 series as the most recent one. Kobe Bryant led the Lakers to a Game 7 win in that series, atoning for the team's finals loss to the Celtics in 2008. Both teams combined for 33 titles in the history of the NBA, with the Celtics grabbing 17 compared to the 16 titles of the Lakers.
On the March 9 playdate, LeBron James will battle former sidekick Kyrie Irving in a rivalry game for the ages. It will also answer questions of whose team's young guns are better. With Jayson Tatum's outstanding play last season, Lakers sophomore Lonzo Ball will have plenty to prove as many now are questioning the Lakers' move of taking Ball rather than Tatum in last year's draft.
Ultimately, this game against the Celtics is just a snippet of how exciting a year the Lakers will have. If you are a Lakers fan, you have plenty of reasons to be happy about this upcoming season. After all, it's not every day that you get to successfully lure the best player in the world to your team.
