Someone isn't happy in Los Angeles. Following the Lakers' 101-95 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, a video of general manager Rob Pelinka quickly went viral.

Is a trade going to happen anytime soon?

Pelinka, who was signed by the Lakers last year together with the team's president of basketball operations in Magic Johnson was given the task of building a team that will put Los Angeles back to title contention.

The tandem's first move was to land superstar LeBron James.

Then they filled the roster using veterans with championship experience in Rajon Rondo and JaVale McGee and guys who can provide scoring off the bench in Lance Stephenson and Michael Beasley.

Johnson and Pelinka believed these guys will help their young players' development.

And they've had a pretty good start.

Heading into the Christmas Day game against the Golden State Warriors, the Lakers had momentum on their side as they were one of the hottest teams in the West and ranked fourth in the conference.

However, they lost both LeBron and Rondo to injuries following their holiday win against the Warriors. In addition, Beasley has been in and out of the rotation due to personal reasons and Stephenson has been inconsistent off the bench.

The team was left with their heralded young players Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma, and Josh Hart, who were acquired in the draft the past couple of years as part of the rebuilding process. They were the Lakers' leaders last season when they won 35 games.

But they seem to have lost their aggressiveness this year. Since LeBron's absence, the team has lost seven of their last nine games and is in danger of falling out of the Western Conference playoff race.

The trade deadline is just around the corner, could Rob Pelinka be thinking of making a move? After all, the team has been rumored to be one of the suitors for Anthony Davis of the New Orleans Pelicans, but while that is highly unlikely, the Lakers GM surely has a lot of things to worry about in the next couple of weeks.
