Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James isn't just a terrific basketball player. He is also an outstanding actor.

During the Lakers' Saturday night contest against the Memphis Grizzlies, replays caught The King executing an Oscar-worthy flop on Dillon Brooks. Watch the hilarity from James below, via Bleacher Report:

Without a doubt, James is known for a lot of positive things. People all over the globe know him for his on-court achievements, such as his three NBA titles and four MVP awards, and his off-court contributions, such as his I Promise school in Ohio.

But one of the things James is notoriously known for is that he is a massive flopper. LeBron has victimized several defenders throughout his career with his acting. It seems like the Hollywood gig this summer is reaping its benefits to the 35-year old superstar.

James and the Lakers wound up losing to the Grizzlies on the road, 105-88. The three-time NBA champion was the top scorer for the Lakers in what became a forgettable evening for the Purple and Gold.

Nonetheless, the Lakers still have a tight grip on the No. 1 spot in the Western Conference playoff picture and are 5.5 games above the Denver Nuggets and the Los Angeles Clippers, who are both tied for 2nd place. Saturday's game against the Grizzlies could wind up being a first round series in mid-April should Memphis hold on to the eighth and final spot in the West.
