What do Elaine Benes of “Seinfeld” and Lonzo Ball of the Los Angeles Lakers have in common?

Well…

When Ball isn't playing basketball for one of the NBA's most popular franchises, he likes to rap and listen to music. So it's safe to say that he is a musical person. He even has a mixtape out.

But when it comes to dancing, how much do we really know about Ball? There hasn't been much evidence of his ability to cut a rug, which is interesting considering how much of a musical person he seems to be.

That is about to change, however. What you are about to witness is the first extended glimpse of Ball's dancing, per Bleacher Report's official Twitter account. After you see it, think of that famous Benes clip from “Seinfeld,” and see if you can spot any similarities.

For a refresher, here is the clip of Benes on the show.

See the resemblance now? No? Maybe this will help.

They're both terrible! Clearly, Ball is joking about working out in between games and saying he has no off days. In reality, if this is how he spends his off days, the Lakers have bigger problems then just having to deal with his poor shooting or his father, LaVar.

Having a bad dancer on a team like the Lakers is a genuine tragedy. Free agents will look at this video. Do you really think they can play with Ball, who will embarrass them at every club and birthday party for the entirety of their contract?

Ball needs to do something about this, and it has to be done quickly. Perhaps he can take a leave of absence from the team to take some dance classes. Or someone on the team can pull him aside and give him private lessons.

It doesn't matter what Ball does and how, just as long as it happens.
