The Golden State Warriors hosted the Los Angeles Lakers at Chase Center on Saturday. The Dubs organization came up with a heartwarming gesture at halftime, honoring the late Kobe Bryant who many consider as the greatest Laker of all time.

Bryant, along with his daughter Gianna and seven others, perished in a tragic helicopter crash last month. The Warriors showed a video montage of the Lakers icon's greatest moments on the hardwood.

The touching clip also delved into some Bryant's most inspirational quotes, which continue to motivate millions of fans all over the globe to this day.

Injured Warriors superstar Stephen Curry was also in the building and paid homage to the fallen basketball icon by rocking his number 24 jersey.

Kobe Bryant faced the Warriors numerous times throughout his legendary 20-year playing career. It is also worth noting that the Dubs broke the NBA all-time regular-season record (73-9) on April 13, 2016, the same day Kobe tallied 60 points in his NBA swan song.

Earlier in the day, the Warriors also gave away T-shirts to their audience at Chase Center. The said shirts honor Bryant and also include a Kobe-inspired NBA logo.
