A year's time has really changed the horizon for many of these players as the Heat is no longer an Eastern Conference contender, but a team in a rebuilding stage. Wade joined his hometown Chicago Bulls, Bosh is unable to play due to blood clots, and Chalmers is an unrestricted free agent waiting for a team to call and give him a chance to play.
