With only 2:31 left in the fourth quarter of the game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat on Thursday night, two of the league's up and coming stars got into a scuffle.

After Hassan Whiteside got an offensive rebound following a missed jumper by Josh Richardson, he was then double-teamed and was at the receiving end of a hard foul from Bucks' forward Giannis Antetokounmpo. What followed was a staredown which was quickly halted before it escalated to something worse.

It's a good thing that cooler heads prevailed as nobody wanted to see anyone get reprimanded by the NBA as the game was already decided at that point. Both Whiteside and Antetokounmpo are arguably the most important players of their teams and their fans know what the effect will be if they will be forced to miss some games due to suspensions.

The Heat won the game with a final score of 96-73 and improved their record to 3-8 for the season.
