Taco Tuesday at LeBron James' house has quickly become the stuff of internet legend. Most every Tuesday, no matter where he and his family are, James documents them enjoying tacos with a selfie video, never failing to show off his embarrassing dad side by yelling “Tacooooo Tuesdayyyyy” in his excitable baritone.

For the most part, Taco Tuesday is a family-only affair. James recently brought new Los Angeles Lakers teammate Anthony Davis to his favorite dinner, though, leading many to wonder which basketball icon might next join the four-time MVP for tacos.

A safe bet? Dwyane Wade, fellow future Hall-of-Famer and longtime close friend, who recently claimed he has a completely open-ended invitation to Taco Tuesday.

“I’ll go one day,” Wade told Khobi Price of the Chicago Sun-Times. “I got a standing invitation. I got a lifetime invitation.’’

Wade and James first grew close during the lead up to the 2003 NBA Draft. After battling it out for the title of basketball's best young player in the early stages of their careers, they changed the league forever by teaming up with the Miami Heat in 2010, ushering in a new era of player empowerment. The Heat made four consecutive NBA Finals from 2010 to 2014 with James, Wade, and Chris Bosh leading the way, winning back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013 with wins over the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs, respectively.

Dwyane Wade retired at the conclusion of last season. A three-time champion, the 2007 Finals MVP, 13-time All-Star, and eight-time All-NBA honoree, he's generally considered one of the several best shooting guards of all time.
