Andrew Wiggins came into Monday with the second longest active games streak in the league, trailing only his teammate, big man Karl-Anthony Towns.

The 23-year-old entered the game averaging 20.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists through three games while shooting 43.8 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from beyond the arc, and 87.5 percent from the free-throw line.
The Timberwolves started rookie Josh Okogie in Wiggins' place in the second half. Okogie will likely start on Wednesday against the Toronto Raptors if Wiggins is unable to play.
Andrew Wiggins signed a five-year deal worth in excess of $146 million with the Timberwolves during the summer of 2017. Minnesota All-Star Jimmy Butler, who has requested a trade, reportedly has issues with Wiggins' work ethic and approach on defense.
In 330 career games, Wiggins has averages of 19.7 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.1 assists. He is an athletic specimen, can jump out the gym, and get to the rim at will. His effort and love for the game, however, have been questioned by many pundits.
