Minnesota Timberwolves swingman Andrew Wiggins busted out of his shooting slump on Saturday night when it counted most, draining a pull-up, three-point jumper over the outstretched Nicolas Batum to tie things at 106 and send the game to overtime.

Wiggins had shot under 50 percent in his last eight games, but it didn't deter him from taking a clutch shot on the road. The Timberwolves rode that momentum into an eventual 125-120 overtime win over the Charlotte Hornets.

The 22-year-old Canadian is shooting 40 percent from deep this season and has become a potent asset for an otherwise struggling Minnesota team. He finished with 29 points, four assists, and three steals in 37 minutes of playing time.
