Wrestling legend Ric Flair made a lot of headlines last month when it was reported that he had to undergo an emergency colon surgery to remove a blockage which caused his kidneys to fail. He was only given a 20 percent chance to live, according to Jerry Lawler via John Canton of Uproxx, but it’s now considered a miracle that he survived and continues to recover.

The love and support shown to him by his fans, friends, and family, have been pouring non-stop. Many have even visited him in the hospital, including Charles Barkley, who showed up on Thursday to check on his good friend. Flair himself took to his Twitter account to share a photo of him with the NBA great.

While it can be easily noticed that the WWE Hall of Famer has lost a lot of weight, which is very understandable given the procedures he had to go through because of his health issues, he is still in good spirits and is not giving up on being able to return to the old “Nature Boy” who a lot of people have been accustomed to seeing.

Flair may not look the same as he was before, but he has always been known on and off the ring as a fighter, who gives his best all the time. That can be expected from him as well, as he battles his sickness. With his friends, like Charles Barkley, egging him on, it won’t come as a surprise if he can fully recover from this battle and continue to bring a lot of entertainment to all his fans.
