NBA legend and Charlotte Hornets team owner Michael Jordan has apparently found the fountain of youth even as he is celebrating his 58th birthday, at least from Jeanie Buss' eyes. The Los Angeles Lakers team president claimed that “he was getting hotter” as she tweeted a special birthday post to her co-founder of Cincoro Tequila on Wednesday morning.

The two personalities are only members of a larger group of NBA owners who launched their own brand of Tequila back in September of 2019. Apart from Buss and Michael Jordan, the founders of Cincoro Tequila comprise of Milwaukee Bucks co-governor Wes Edens along with Boston Celtics co-governor Wyc Grousbeck.

It was never in doubt that Jordan was indeed a member of a company that will roll out tequila products. His love for the drink was seen by the public all throughout his docu-series “The Last Dance” where he was sitting with a glass of Cincoro tequila placed on his side table on most interview clips. The brand's black bottle named ‘extra añejo' was Jordan's personal favorite which is reportedly set at a whopping price tag of $1,800.

According to Bleacher Report‘s Timothy Rapp, Michael Jordan has apparently served a big role in the brand as he was reportedly part of a testing team that tasted over 1,000 different versions of tequilas. The strenuous process of coming up with their own blend was necessary as Jordan had a particular flavor in mind that he wants to have in their tequilas.

The Chicago Bulls icon also had a hand in their marketing efforts as he collaborated with Nike's vice president of innovation special projects Mark Smith in order to come out with the branding of their product line.

Both Jeanie Buss and Michael Jordan along with their other co-founders are not only aiming to land a championship but also make it big in the business industry with their Cincoro Tequila.
