Team USA will be holding a minicamp next week. 35 players are invited to participate but according to reports, some of them will show up for just one day and leave.
As reported by Jeff Zillgitt of USA Sports Today:
Was told some players on the mini-camp roster will show up for the meeting on day one then leave. Mainly those with equity already established with USA Basketball. https://t.co/XQ9FnsRttP

Among those invited are Stephen Curry, James Harden, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, and Anthony Davis, just to name a few. Curry will reportedly skip the minicamp, opting to spend time with his family and his newborn son, according to sources. LeBron James too will reportedly skip the camp led by San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich.

The final list of players who will actually take part in the minicamp is a matter of wait-and-see at this moment. But from reports, it seems that only a few established superstars are willing to take part.
The likes of James and Curry — two of the biggest stars today — have already accomplished much in the big league. Apart from which, they've played each other in the NBA Finals for four straight years now. It's necessary that they get some ample rest.
Instead of the big guns, fans should expect rising stars to suit up for Team USA. Several veterans, too, will most likely join the fun.
