Dwyane Wade posted an Instagram photo of himself working out alongside New York Knicks offseason signing Tim Hardaway Jr. — who is on his second stint with the team in his short four-year career.
The Chicago Bulls shooting guard has been a mentor to plenty around the NBA but has surely seen great strides in the young Michigan product, who elevated his game during his two years with the Atlanta Hawks at both ends of the floor.

“Same name, but different player.”
Hardaway posted a career-high 14.5 points per game in the regular season, which in the eyes of the Knicks merited a four-year, $71 million contract to return to the Big Apple this upcoming season.
The 25-year-old will be asked of an even better production after getting a decent chunk of change this season, given that president Steve Mills justified his signing by claiming it was the standard for a starting shooting guard, which the team seems intent to make him.
But if there is any encouragement is to see him working alongside perennial All-Stars like Wade, who have been through the rigor of getting better through the offseason countless times and can show the way to a player like him trying to find his way.
