Los Angeles Lakers unrestricted free agent Reggie Bullock is meeting on Sunday night with the New York Knicks and is “ready to commit” if he gets a strong offer from them according to David Aldridge.
Knicks will meet in Beverly Hills with Lakers UFA Reggie Bullock tonight, per source. He’s ready to commit to a strong offer from New York, though L.A. still would like to keep him and there are other teams also looking to get in front of him.

After missing out on Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, the Knicks are trying to regroup and figure out the next steps on what direction they want to take the franchise. As Aldridge notes the Lakers would like to keep him, and back in March, he said he would like to be in L.A.
“I would love to be back here with the Lakers,” Bullock said March. “I was a fan of this organization pretty much my whole life. And the connection that me and [LeBron James] is building off handoffs and him finding me spacing the floor, it's continuing to build trust. [We'll] see where it plays out in the summer.”
Bullock was traded from the Detroit Pistons to the Lakers before the February trade deadline and was strong in his couple of months. Overall last season he averaged 11.3 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 63 games.
Bullock is a strong player, and no doubt would make the Knicks better, but this isn't the type of news that Knicks fans were hoping to get.
Just a few weeks ago they were hoping to get both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant and if all the end up with on the first day of free agency is Bullock that has to be considered a major disappointment for a franchise that has dealt with nothing but the last decade.
