He has been averaging 16.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game this season. Furthermore, the Serbian phenom is posting remarkable numbers of 19.3 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 7.8 assists per game in February.
It's only his third season in the NBA but Jokic is becoming one of the best big-man passers in the NBA. In each of the first three seasons, he has ranked between the 94th and 100th percentiles for power forwards and centers in assist rate.
Jokic is a bargain right now for the Nuggets. He is only costing them $1.47 million this year and next year the club has an option for $1.6 million that they are almost all but guaranteed to pick up.
